Yes, you are right. It’s about your mind with your body being in harmony with it. If you can be at peace with yourself, you can be at peace with others. So make sure you can find peace within yourself.
And it starts with your mind – the vast expanse of your mind. Send signals both to your conscious and subconscious parts of your mind that you are at peace. Let this feeling of peace flow to your heart and the rest of your body and you will be all at one with your mind and body. It is at these moments you can call for happiness from the inside of you. And it can be reflected on the outside.
As always, you can be as happy as you make up your mind to be. So the workers on the paddy fields under the sun can be happier than all the gloomy people working in an office with good air conditioning.
So how do you define happiness? What brings it forth? This can be answered by saying: Life is 10% of what actually happens to you and 90% of how you react to it.

Don’t compare yourself with others who seem to be far better off. You don’t know their story – so don’t judge and compare.
What you possess is enough but you can have more by working on what you really want, bringing it to existence. The whole process should be happy and the happiness vibes will aid in the manifestation process.
