“Not events, but outcomes. Visualize outcomes.
Not the cracking of the bat, but gliding over home plate.
Not the inking of deals, but the kind of life you’ll lead.
Not the scale, the diet, or the food, but the admiration you have earned.
And not the when’s, the where’s, the who’s, or the how’s, but the laughter, high-fives, and wows.
Not events, but outcomes. Visualize outcomes.
Seeing you happy,
I couldn’t say it better myself. Even when meditating, which is supposed to be a session to keep yourself spiritually stable and healthy, we focus too much on the events of day, and when negative, can only feed more negativity to our subconscious mind. So here how it works. During the day, your conscious mind takes over of the daily task to keep you alive, safe, and productive. Your conscious mind make the decision for you to take action and move forward to the next challenge. Your conscious mind create thousands and thousands of thoughts that crosses at high speed, which some of these thoughts aren’t considered important as they cruise your conscious mind a light speed. There is around 60 000 thoughts that are generated on a daily basis, so it can be very tough to keep track of every single one of them. After a long and tiring day, your conscious mind needs a rest. So when you are asleep, conscious shuts down to leave place for the subconscious mind to take over and analyze everything that happened during the day and decipher through a list of thoughts and retains the relevant one that will make your life more fulfilling and successful. The subconscious mind is the MOST powerful mind. Albert Einstein was able to create a bridge between his conscious and subconscious mind when awake, which enabled him to be extremely smart and allow him to do things that most mortals can’t do. When the subconscious mind is called, the power from within you is greater than you can even imagine. You can practice telekinetic powers, as well as telepathic. You can change your direct surroundings, without even touching anything.
You can create things that you wouldn’t otherwise when using your conscious mind. Unfortunately for 99.999999% of the population, the subconscious is ONLY available when you are, ASLEEP. Imagine if you can call that subconscious when awake, just like Einstein did. Well, this is what mediation does. It allows you to communicate with the sub when the conscious mind is NOT fully asleep. You are still aware of your surroundings, still aware of where you are but can communicate with the upper power of your mind. This is when you can access valuable data of your day and change the outcome of the negative events. Instead of waiting at night, when your mind is not awake, you can work on focusing on the outcome of your day, and when meditating, you are somewhat altering the chain of events that occurred by making modification based on your original expectation. You no longer have to visualize the event, you can focus on its outcome. Do not fret on the process, the Universe will take care of that. Put your energy on how you want to see things happen. This way, when IT will happen, you wouldn’t be surprised at all.[ad_2]
